Paradoxa was born from the meeting of qualified professionals - coming from different disciplinary areas -  who work together to develop alternative methodologies fitted to help people front the challenges of modern society. Paradoxa People use their own psychological competences within the world of social action, family life, work environment, and voluntary work.

Starting from the assumption that reality is a shared social construction, Paradoxa is engaged in supporting and enhancing people's communication and interaction strategies; it aims at offering people those operative tools which might favour the crossover from being stuck into dysfunctional dynamics and moving towards functional and effective relationships.

These are Paradoxa main goals: working hard to organize and promote workshops, masters, training courses, conferences, and group-works and a series of other activities aiming at revaluing and improving the individual's inner resources.

The website is the starting and final point of any of our meetings, that's why all of us - "co-builders" - are daily engaged on it, so that everyone will be able to participate and contribute to create new realities and new shared meanings and goals - leaving posts and comments, attaching files, inserting photos and images.
